The bourbon barrel syrup picks up vanilla, caramel, butter and oak with a marshmallow aroma. Whiskey-aged syrup adds rye, light oak and wood smoke with toffee and butterscotch notes. Toasted oak brings molasses, brown sugar and a roasted honeyed finish.
