Four distillations, then three filters. The LCBO sells this plain vodka in a 750 ml bottle at 40 percent alcohol for $29.95. Flavoured Blizzard bottles are a different product.
The corn spirit is made in Canada, at Windsor, Ontario. Don Livermore said it has been at Hiram Walker since the 1980s, using Essex and Kent grain and local water. Corby owns the brand. Pernod Ricard holds more than half of Corby's voting shares.
A 2021 blind tasting gave the corn vodka a gold medal. Arctic Extreme, a grain spirit, won gold the same day. The brand site points people toward a Caesar.
