I'm sure by now that most people are aware of the economical instability shared by countries around the world. There has been enough blaming and finger-pointing but now we need to consider what actions our government, and other governments, might take in order to ensure, or speed up the process of reviving the economy. The Historica-Dominion Institute invites current and recently graduated art students to create an artwork inspired by a veteran story of the Second World War from our digital archive for a chance at a group exhibition and grand prize. Contest closes October 15, 2010.
Ten finalists will be exhibited in a Toronto Gallery and two winners will take home cash prizes! All forms of visual art are accepted in original or digital format.
